The SRM-400 brushcutter is powered by Echo's 42.7-cc, commercial-grade, dual-ring piston engine that features a 4-bolt head and extra heavy-duty chrome plating for added durability and reliability. The SRM-400 comes with a 10-inch brushcutting blade and a U-handle. Among features are a 60.2-inch, solid-steel crankshaft; a commercial-duty air filtration system; and a 37.2-fluid-ounce, see-through fuel tank. Extra heavy duty vibration-reduction mourns and padded handles increase operator comfort. A deluxe shoulder harness is also standard. The stop switch, throttle, and throttle lock-out are located on the U-handle grip for easy operation.
