For you to get the best value for your money, return all items on or before the date and time DUE IN on your rental contract, and return them clean.
*The weekly rental period on all metered equipment is 5 days, and up to 40 meter hours. Additional usage is prorated to the next rental period.
** The Monthly rental period is 28 Days, limited to 160 hours.
A valid driver’s license and phone number are required for ALL rentals.
Payment is required when item is picked up or reservation is made (excluding open account customers). We accept Visa , Master Card, American Express & Discover, cash, check, or debit card with Visa or Master Card emblems.
Deposit may be required in the form of valid credit card or cash deposit. Cash deposit will vary per item. Deposit refunded on return of rental item.
A 7% damage waiver is included on each contract on rental items (not offered on ride-on equipment, lifts or other equipment as noted on the contract). Damage waiver may be declined for customers that have added us to their insurance policy (must be on file with us). The renter is responsible for any damage caused by abuse, theft, burglary, misuse, loss, intentional damage or damage incurred transporting rented item.
Please call for item availability. Reservations are welcome and suggested to secure rentals.
Prices are subject to change. Please call for price quotes. All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not. If equipment does not function properly notify 1-Stop Rental, Inc. immediately - do NOT attempt to repair the equipment yourself. No credits or adjustment will be made unless we are notified as soon as the problem is encountered. 1-Stop Rental, Inc. is not responsible for operator errors, use of equipment in a manner not suitable to the manufacturer's purpose for the equipment, or unsuitable conditions at site.
Delivery and pickup are available at reasonable rates for most equipment. Please call for the charge to your specific location and/or availability.
Equipment is sent out full of fuel and should to be returned full. A refueling service charge will be assessed on the return if not full. Use of old fuel in our equipment will result in repair charges. Be sure you are using the correct fuel in the equipment - use of improper fuel in a tool may result in repair and or replacement charges. If you have any question about what fuel to use call us immediately.
The customer is responsible for all tire damage, flats and trac damage. Damage to rubber tracs will be calculated by useful life and 1-Stop Rental, Inc. will determine current pricing. We are not setup for on-site repairs of tires. Both Iowa Tire (641) 472-2858 or Fairfield Tire (641) 472-7121 offer tire repair, as do some of the service stations in town. Call them directly for rates and details. Do not use equipment with leaking, damaged or flat tires, doing so could lead to equipment damage or operator injury and/or death.
Damaged or bent buckets will be repaired at customer’s expense.
Equipment is sent out clean and is to be returned clean. A cleaning charge will be added if equipment is returned dirty minimum 1 hour.
Note: These policies do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
